Easter & Spring Celebrations

You may have read or heard me say that I love setting a table. I do. Easter is one of those times. It's joyful, especially since there are signs of new life, new colours outside and more daylight. Everything feels lighter. I enjoy opening the windows at this time of year to feel the breeze and fresh air. Sunlight cascades in. It also seems like people's moods begin to lift and lighten all around.

This translates onto my table by using spring colours and a few treasures from nature: tulips, pussy willows, and eggs are a few possibilities. I also love daffodils, and I remember to give them their own vase, since they secrete a chemical that will shorten the lifespan of other floral friends.

At Figg Street Co., we've unboxed new arrivals, including several tableware items that have come in over the past couple of weeks. I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing and hearing about how these little gems get displayed. Let's take a look at what's in store together...
