Refund Policy
IN STORE REFUNDS
A number of paper goods/products are not eligible for returns due to the delicate nature of the products. These include but are not limited to, dated products, inks, used writing instruments, products not in original packaging, and gift cards. Discounted products are final sale.
Products will be accepted for returns within 15 days of purchase for in-store credit or exchange. Once 15 days have transpired, a refund or exchange is no longer available. Please note, the original receipt must be provided.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the condition in which they were purchased.

ONLINE SHOP REFUNDS

Products will be accepted for returns within 15 days of the purchase order. Credit or exchange will transpire once the product is returned to Figg Street Co. for inspection of product condition. Once 15 days have transpired, a refund or exchange is no longer available.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Shipping costs are non refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred with their return. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking and insurance. Figg Street Co. will not be held liable to process returns or refunds in the event your package is lost or damaged during transit.
Product returns that are damaged, not in their original packaging, used in any way, or damaged through shipping, will not be eligible for a refund. Figg Street Co. reserves all rights to refuse full or partial refunds on used, damaged, or altered goods in any way.

DAMAGED GOODS
In the event your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately antoinette@figgstreetco.com It is highly recommended to take photos and retain all packaging materials for your claim. A claim must be made with 24 hours of delivery.
