A Good Egg
Easter is only a couple of weeks away now, and I have to say, it's one of those holidays that can make me feel nostalgic. Perhaps you can relate to memories of your family and friends gathered around the table and eating homemade traditional dishes.
There's a special quality to the sunlight at this time of year. As nature re-emerges outdoors, there's a freshness in the air. I love to open the windows to welcome the spring breeze and feel it on my skin.
It's also a time when I enjoy one of my favourite activities: setting the table. I like to use paper embellishments with natural motifs paired with things I've collected outside: pussy willow branches, small pinecones and a small cluster of the first irises of the year.
