Kaweco Brass Sport Fountain Pen

The Kaweco Sport fountain pen dates back to 1911.  The brand created a fountain pen that was compact when its cap was on, making it pocket-friendly.  It was targeted to specific customers, including sports people, which is where it gets its name.

Although compact when capped and closed, the pen grows into a standard size when the eight sided faceted cap is posted on the end of the smooth, cylindrical barrel with brass grip.

The look of these pens are just as stylish today as they were when they were first introduced, and is available here in solid brass.  This material will create a beautiful patina with age, as the raw finish darkens.  The choice of brass also gives the pen more weight, which is preferred by those who enjoy writing with a robust pen.

Stainless steel nib is engraved with scrollwork that reads 'Germany since 1883' and Kaweco's symbol.  Available in Extra-Fine (EF), Fine (F), Medium (M), or Broad (B) nib size.

Comes with one ink cartridge in blue.

Length: 10.5cm (4.1") when closed, 13cm (5.1") when cap is posted at the end of pen barrel.  Weight: 10 grams.
