Green is sprouting everywhere!

It's no secret that my favourite colour is green. So each spring, when the days become sunnier, warmer and green emerges all around us, I'm so much happier! Spring is a time when green is sprouting, unfolding and unfurling all around us.

Green is a calming colour for the eye. This may come as no surprise to many, since there is an abundance of green in nature. Grass, trees, stems and foliage come in a variety of shades. My favourite is sage green, commonly seen in many silver-grey Mediterranean herbs and other plants.
