Meet Anette DiMatteo of Blanimals!

Anette and I met in grade nine at an all-girls Catholic high school. We were the dynamic duo in those days frequenting our favourite disco clubs every weekend. We loved to dance the night away and thought we were the cat’s whiskers. Those were the good old days of our footloose youth.

Today, Anette and I are both entrepreneurs, and you can find her Blanimals creations at Figg Street Co. Many of these items have been popular with both children and adults, including a recently released hinged box with an adorable miniature family sleeping inside, which is a favourite on Instagram.
